Another aspect that arises when deciding the technique for marking T-Shirts for work is the location of the logo on the garments.

How then to know which is the appropriate technique to carry out the marking of the T-Shirts for work, and that this in turn really injects quality into the work clothing, which is expected to be long-term?

Another aspect that arises when deciding the technique for marking T-Shirts for work is the location of the logo on said garments, since what is sought is to print on them a truly differentiating touch, which personalizes and generate brand recall, and it is that the logo of a company or brand is its own identity, in other words, it is one or the most distinctive element, which undoubtedly is part of the image of what it represents.

If we take into account that the logo inevitably accompanies all marketing and advertising actions carried out throughout the productive life of companies and brands, we will understand the value that emerges from it, what it represents in companies and the memory that it generates in the general public, we will agree that this symbol requires a strategic place in everything that is reflected and work clothes are no exception.

And right here is where everything mentioned above converges, given that the importance of the logo gives rise to each and every one of the aspects where it should be positioned, so that the garments worn by the work team that makes the existence of companies possible and brands, must indisputably not only position it in a preferential place, but must also show it off in impeccable conditions, and it is no secret to anyone that low-quality supplies and/or techniques in work uniforms manage to blur all the effort that be injected into them.

Once the techniques are clear, we can think about the location of the logo, which should be located according to the needs and commercial strategies that we have.

It should be noted that, depending on the type of garment in question, the logo can be printed, stamped or embroidered in one place or another, but aspects such as the design of the T-Shirts for work and the technique in which the logo will be implemented on the garment, therefore, below, we will list the most common techniques commercially, to personalize work garments.

  • Serigraphy: (artisanal technique) This is the technique par excellence when it comes to marking and personalizing T-Shirts for work and this also includes garments and accessories such as: hats, cotton pants, aprons, hoodies, pants, and bathing suits among others, this is a printing technique where a photolith transfers ink to a fabric mesh stretched over a frame or stretcher, which passes through the small holes that the photolith has left on the mesh and is marked on the garment, in addition to this, the garment must be exposed to a heat system that ends up fixing the ink
  • Full print or Digital Transfer: Digital technique, which is applied to the garment by means of heat plates, this technique admits a greater definition than screen printing
  • Sublimation: This technique is based on an inkjet printer on a special paper, which is placed in the place of the fabric that you want to mark, later, it is heated so that it sublimates and is fixed to the garment.
  • Vinyl: It is a plastic textile sheet that adheres to garments by means of heat. Where the first step is to print the design on a cutting plotter, which is transferred by means of a heat plate to the garment
  • Embroidery: It is recommended to make embroidered patches, transfer them and sew them to the garment, since they require support of thick textiles in thick weights, so it could be difficult in garments such as T-Shirts or polo shirts.

Once the techniques are clear, we can think about the location of the logo, which should be located according to the needs and commercial strategies that we have, and it is that traditionally we find the logos located at chest height next to the heart, if we are against small logo prints, but if it is large sizes, it is normal for them to cover the entire chest and/or back.

Clearly there are quantities of logos or designs that occupy the upper part of the back in large size.

But in order to give a fresh, innovative look that truly captures the attention of those who see the logos printed on work clothes, places that are not so present can be occupied, such as the neck of the polo shirts, the sleeves of the T -Shirt, the bottom sides of garments; if and only if, the logo is not hidden under an apron or the requirement is to have the garment tucked into the pants, and the sides of the back, among others, aspects such as placing the letters vertically will generate disruptive designs that fix the gaze and force see and read what you want to transmit.
